Why We Built Accelerate Health

Ambition outpaces capacity for many founders and leaders. After seeing too many of them run on depleted energy, unclear leadership under pressure, and cycles of near-burnout, Gerjet and Natascha set out to build something better: a health and performance-driven system rooted in physiology, psychology, and modern leadership practice. Accelerate Health exists to help founders, CEOs, and teams operate at their highest level, sustainably.

  • What started as a handful of intimate, health-focused workshops for founders has grown into a small but dedicated collective of entrepreneurs, coaches, and psychologists working at the intersection of performance, longevity, and leadership.

Since 2021, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with accelerators, VCs, and entrepreneurial communities who care deeply about the humans behind the companies they back. In 2023, with EU support, we launched Build & Thrive for Impact—a first-of-its-kind health-oriented leadership program serving 20 founders committed to building meaningful companies.

As our work deepened, so did our team. We expanded with specialists in physiology, neuroscience, and behavioral psychology to bring more rigor, data, and science into everything we build. That evolution led to VANTAGE in 2025—our next-generation founder performance system designed to strengthen clarity, resilience, and long-term leadership capacity.

Today, we design the support system we wish we had earlier in our own journeys—integrating personal health insights, executive coaching, and real peer connection to help ambitious people lead with more strength, more clarity, and more humanity.

Stronger Leaders Build Better Companies.

The Team

We’re a team of entrepreneurs, psychologists, scientists, coaches, and creatives – united by a mission to help founders and teams lead with more clarity, resilience, and humanity while building what matters.

  • With a background in business and health psychology (M.Sc.), she’s been championing health from day one—across schools, executive coaching, and corporate consulting. Her mission: to create environments where people and performance thrive together.

An active voice in Berlin’s digital health scene, Natascha works closely with visionary founders and changemakers to shape the future of healthcare. Drawing from both professional expertise and her own health journey, she integrates cutting-edge science, practical tools, and interdisciplinary methods to make well-being tangible—every day.

  • Gerjet combines startup grit with a deep care for founder health.

After earning his Master’s in Corporate Management and Economics, he worked across NGOs, development finance, and Berlin’s health tech scene—before launching his own startup, Skill Yoga, in 2018. He grew it to over €1M in revenue and raised €1.8M in funding—while quietly facing the stress, pressure, and burnout so common in the founder journey.

Today, he supports other founders in doing it differently—blending real startup experience with training in fitness, yoga, breathwork, and body-based coaching. His belief: healthy founders build stronger companies, and a better world. He also grows cacao in Guatemala—because regeneration, like leadership, starts deep below the surface.

  • Cimberley, our Program Lead, has spent the past 6+ years shaping the European climate tech space, holding leading roles in carbon removal and ESG startups and supporting one of the first European impact VCs in raising over €100M.

As the former lead of VOYAGERS in Berlin, she built community spaces for founders, investors, and scientists across climate and health tech. After seeing the toll of stress and burnout up close, she spent the last 4.5 years deep-diving into mental, physical, and emotional health in high-pressure environments. As a certified coach, she now helps founders and companies rethink performance through a lens of wellbeing — and is here to build the kind of support she once needed herself.Cimberley, our Program Lead, has spent the past 6+ years shaping the European climate tech space, holding leading roles in carbon removal and ESG startups and supporting one of the first European impact VCs in raising over €100M.

Our Approach

Leadership isn’t just strategy. It’s physiology, psychology, and clarity under pressure.

We build the internal capacity founders and teams need to lead well, perform consistently, and grow sustainably.
