About Accelerate Health
Accelerate Health helps founders and CEOs build the clarity, resilience, and energy they need to lead sustainably.
Through our flagship program VANTAGE, we combine science-based coaching, physiological diagnostics, community, and immersive retreats to help impact-driven leaders thrive in high-pressure environments.
We work at the intersection of leadership, human performance, health, and transformation, and we are building a brand that founders talk about long after the experience ends.
Why This Role Exists
At Accelerate Health, our mission is to help founders lead with clarity, resilience, and integrity; not just for short bursts of performance, but over the long run. Our programs are designed as a progressive leadership journey.
They begin by restoring the foundations: physical health, energy, and nervous system regulation. This first phase helps founders stabilize, recover focus, and create the capacity to reflect. From there, the work deepens.
In the second phase of the journey, founders are ready to look inward: at how they lead, relate, decide, and respond under pressure. This is where leadership assessment, diagnostics, and psychologically informed development become essential.
To support this transition, we are looking for a Leadership Assessment & Development Facilitator who can:
work with assessment-based insights as a mirror for self-awareness,
translate diagnostics into meaningful 1:1 coaching and group learning,
and support founders through deeper leadership, emotional, and mental development.
This role sits at a critical point in the overall journey. It helps founders integrate insight with action, turning awareness into more grounded leadership, healthier relationships, and clearer decision-making.
Working closely with the Program Lead, and in complement to our health and performance coaching, this role focuses on the inner architecture of leadership: identity, relational patterns, emotional regulation, and choices made under pressure.
In doing so, it helps founders not only perform better but lead in ways that are sustainable, human, and aligned with the impact they want to create.
Your Areas of Ownership
1 | Leadership Assessment & Development Design
You shape the developmental depth of the program.
Develop and refine our leadership assessment framework (together with the Program Lead and partners).
Translate assessment results into clear development themes and learning goals.
Support the evolution of the program’s second phase toward deeper leadership, emotional, and mental health–informed work.
Contribute your own methods, models, and perspectives where relevant.
2 | Assessment-Based Coaching (1:1)
You work directly with founders on their leadership development.
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with selected participants, informed by leadership assessments and diagnostics.
Help founders integrate insights into their leadership practice, decision-making, and relationships.
Hold a grounded, psychologically safe space for reflection, challenge, and growth.
3 | Group Facilitation & PEER CIRCLES
You support collective learning and reflection.
Co-facilitate key group sessions during the program cycle (online and in-person).
Support peer learning, reflection, and integration of leadership insights.
Work closely with the Program Lead to align facilitation with the overall journey design.
4 | In-Person Retreat FACILITATION
You contribute where depth is most needed.
Plan, prepare, and co-facilitate the program’s in-person events (focus on leadership development).
Upcoming cohort dates:
Kick-off: 27 Feb – 1 Mar 2026 (Berlin)
Deep Dive Retreat: 23 – 26 Apr 2026 (Brandenburg)
Closing: 12 – 14 Jun 2026 (Berlin)
(3 cohorts remaining in total)
5 | Thought Partnership & Program Evolution
You help strengthen the long-term quality of the offering.
Act as a thought partner to the Program Lead on leadership development questions.
Contribute to feedback loops and program iteration after each cohort.
Help ensure the program remains grounded, rigorous, and impactful.
How This Role Works With the Team
