Why This Role Exists

Accelerate Health is entering its next phase of growth.

Demand for our programs is increasing, our ecosystem is expanding, and we see strong potential to grow towards partnership-based, B2B, and VC-facing offerings.

To support this, we’re looking for a Senior Growth & Business Development Manager who will own the commercial and growth side of the company.

This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of growth strategy, founder acquisition, partnerships, business development, revenue and commercialization.

You will shape how founders, partners, and future clients discover Accelerate Health and help turn our brand, programs, and expertise into scalable, sustainable revenue streams.

Your Areas of Ownership

1 | Growth Strategy & Acquisition

You translate company goals into a clear growth and commercialization roadmap.

  • Own the overall growth and acquisition strategy for Accelerate Health.

  • Build and optimize the conversion engine on our website (UX, messaging, CRO, analytics, SEO foundations).

  • Design and execute founder acquisition campaigns across partnerships, LinkedIn, referrals, outreach, and events.

  • Continuously improve the journey from first touch → application → enrollment.

  • Use data and founder insights to prioritize and refine growth initiatives.

2 | Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

You build relationships that materially grow the business.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership on developing strategic partnerships with VCs, accelerators, hubs, corporates, and founder networks.

  • Design partnership models that lead to applications, sponsorships, or long-term collaboration.

  • Act as a trusted external representative of Accelerate Health within the ecosystem.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership on partnership strategy and prioritization.

3 | Business Development & New Revenue Streams

You help expand Accelerate Health beyond its current offerings.

  • Explore, validate, and help pilot new revenue streams (e.g. B2B programs, VC offerings, sponsorships).

  • Support commercial conversations, proposals, and partnership structures.

  • Work closely with the Program Lead to translate program strengths into market-ready offers.

  • Contribute to shaping the long-term commercial direction of the company.

4 | Events as Growth & Sales Channels

You use events strategically, not just operationally.

  • Organise and host partner events, founder meetups, and curated workshops.

  • Use events as tools for acquisition, partnerships, and deal-building.

  • Represent Accelerate Health on stage or as a moderator when appropriate.

  • Ensure strong follow-up and conversion after events.

5 | Application Pipeline & Founder Conversations

You are a strong, credible first commercial touchpoint.

  • Manage early-stage communication with interested founders and partners.

  • Conduct first conversations or screening calls when needed.

  • Guide founders through the application → review → call → enrollment process.

  • Ensure a professional, human, and trust-building experience throughout.


How You Work with the Team

  • You work closely with the Program Lead, aligning growth efforts with program quality and delivery.

  • You set the growth strategy and priorities and collaborate with the Marketing & Community Manager, who owns content, social media, newsletter, CRM, and community operations.

  • You act as a commercial sparring partner to the founders and contribute to company-wide strategy.

Who You Are

Experience

  • 5+ years in growth, partnerships, business development, or founder-facing roles.

  • Experience and strong network within startup ecosystems, accelerators, VCs, or impact-driven organisations.

  • Proven ability to drive acquisition, partnerships, or revenue-related initiatives.

  • Comfortable holding commercial conversations and representing an organisation externally.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills (German & English).

  • Ability to structure partnerships, offers, and growth initiatives.

  • Data-informed decision making with a pragmatic mindset.
